upon testing the voltages all are low

    main cap is 335 volts
also cant see any caps swollen

    24 volts are 22.5 volts
    5 volts are 3.7 volts

Sounds like the pfc isnt working and is causing voltage drop, I have a tonne of vestel 17pw20 power boards if you would like me to send you one as its easier just to replace it.

      Re: Technika lcd32-207

The reason why its shutting is because the motherboard or inverter is detecting voltage drop and is triggering the psu to shutdown, Im all but sure that the psu is at fault.

If the cap voltage stays at 335V when the set is running the PFC circuit is bad, this will cause the set to fail to turn on sometimes or intermittently turn off while running. Replacing or repairing the PSU would fix this.

                Re: Technika lcd32-207

IF you look at the underside of the PSU, There's three resistors in a diagonal 'row'

These go dry-jointed making the sets intermittent shut-down.
