55" LG 55LD520 not turning on

So a little while ago my sister asked me to take a look at her tv. During a storm the TV stopped working. It was also hooked up to a cable box at the time which currently doesn't work either. The first thing I did was push the power button hoping for some type of error code, a red light flashed 3 times, turned blue and that was it. Next I unscrewed the back and checked the boards, which had no signs of physical damage whatsoever. So tired looking online and came to the conclusion that it was one of the back light inverters, so I changed the master 1&2 boards with still no luck, so I plugged the TV back in and realized there was no standby light, so now I'm thinking it's either the main or power board. before I end up wasting more money I wanted to see what you guys thought. Hopefully the fact that it cut off during a storm and the TV and cable box stopped working at the same time could narrow down what the problem is.

More likely to have damaged main board, look around the HDMI section on the main board and see if any one of the HDMI IC is hot or blown up.

Checked the main and power boards nothing on them is blown up or looks burned/melted.
