    Stuck volume - Dynex DX-LCD26-09

    Turn on TV and volume is at the maximum and shows on the screen (photo attached). No response from the remote - no keys on the remote work - volume, channels, etc. Changed batteries in the remote with no change.
    Was able to program a universal remote to turn TV off, but when turn back on there is still no volume, channels or other remote controls.
    Control buttons on the side of the TV are not responsive, either.
    Any suggestions? Thanks.

      Check for stuck buttons on the control panel. Try cleaning with isopropyl alcohol.

          Correction - when the TV is turned back on there is maximum volume but no volume control to turn it down or back up.

                  Hi guys i've got an Hp laptop Zbook 17 g5 Stuck on Hp protected by hp sure start screen.
                  I have tried almost every bios available on various platforms about this laptop but the problem is still the same.
                  I even successfully build my own bios using the one from the Hp website but the problem the laptop still getting stuck there.

                  DeLonghi AC Remote only accepts 3V

                  Hello all, I've been looking into this portable air conditioner's remote control and can't find what could be causing the problem - or possibly this remote is just terribly designed.

                  The remote only works at exactly 3V - if I drop it any lower, using my bench power supply, to say, 2.9V then the remote will not flash the display and turn off. I don't have any AAA batteries that are exactly 1.5V each so I'm not sure if this remote is designed this way - to only use the freshest possible batteries, or if there's a failed component in the mix.

                  I can't find any schematics...

                  On this Vizio D65x, the volume will change on its own. I don't mean like during commercials where the volume will increase. I mean its like the (+) volume button on the remote is pressed and the actual volume dialog is displayed on the screen going up. It will do this, then the volume may start going down. It might go all the way to "0"or it might stop at a different number, then start going back up. The whole time its doing this, the volume dialog is shown on the screen.

                  It wont do it until it has been "ON" for 20 or 30 minutes, so it does seem to be heat related....

                  Sony HCD-HX80R Amplifier Volume Control Problem

                  I have a strange fault on a Sony amplifier. The volume control varies the display from MIN, then 1 up to 30 and then MAX as expected. At MIN there is no sound. However, at 1 it is quite loud and increasing above 1 does not change the sound level.

                  I have tried a Cold Reset as per the service manual.

                  I have looked at the I2C clock and data to volume control chip IC501 (BD3499FV). Data is only sent to IC501 when the volume is set to MIN or 1. At any other setting no data is sent to IC501.

                  I have looked all the way through the service manual and tried many online...

                  Hey....

                  Board as written in description was stuck at VGA LED. common Problem wit these type of bords.... tried all the "standard stuff" like resettin... reseatin.... found out the LED Controller MCU1 = IT8295FN-56A geting burning hot under the last PCI Slot.. now i desoldered it cause there were only 18 ohms at the caps arround.... another aorus x470 in working condition with similar part and nearly same layout had arround 280 ohms...

                  my question is: why doesnt the board start know without this chip.... worked myself through the boardview but i can´t understand...
