Sir, Can I ask you to please take a look at my .bin file and confirm it is good or bad? If it is bad, can you repair it? Thanks for your time, you seem to be the only one on BadCaps that can work with these bins.
My post is at this link.

Samsung UN60EH6000 Dump
I have a Samsung UN60EH6000 that will not turn on. When I turn it on, no start-up melody. Only the screen flickers around the edges. I have replaced the T-con board, but issue persists. I have also checked the voltages on the power board and they seem to be correct.
Power Board: BN44-00500A
T-Con Board: BN95-00944B
Main Board: BN94-05549E
I have pulled off the chip IC901 on the main board. This is a Winbond W25Q128BVFG Chip.
My bin dump is below. Can someone look at this and see if this is good or bad file?
Thanks

I just wanted to see if you had a chance to look at the file? Just making sure I didn't miss your post. Thanks again.

I posted my bios dump. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at it.
The link to my thread is below. My file is at thread #37.

Found a .bin file on ***********. They charge for a "VIP" membership in order to download the file. Anyone used this site? I am needing the " UN60EH6000FXZA bios bin".

After much searching, I finally found a datasheet on this component. This component is made by "Diodes Incorporated". This is a voltage regulator. A link to the data sheet is here.

I thought you said IC601 was a double diode. I have been treating and testing it as such.
Refer to post#16 above....Last edited by karthur; 11-28-2023, 09:18 PM.

When I tested the IC601, I get a reading with the "+" probe on the anode and "-" on the cathode. When I reverse the leads, shouldn't this now read "0" for a good diode? I get a reading >0 when I do this for both legs. Does this not mean the diode is faulty?
I tested IC601, IC602 and IC204, To me all three seem to be faulty. Am I testing these wrong?

Which ones are you referring too? If you are talking about the D407 and D409 that I found burned, these seem to be diodes and upon more checking are not good. One is totally open in either direction.
These diodes are close to the RCA input jacks on the board. The only port that was connected during the strike was HDMI1....Last edited by karthur; 11-28-2023, 07:58 AM.

I did check the D407 and D409, but not 100% sure what they should test. They were 0v on one leg and 3.5v on the other (See post #15). I tested IC601 on the board with power on it and without power diode mode. Attached are the results.

I also tested some of the other voltage regulators that looked similar in diode mode. The readings were .3 and .6 one one and .5 and .6 on another one. Not really sure if I am doing this right or...

Here is what I got when I checked IC202 and IC204. IC 202 was 3.3V on the pin 1. IC204 was 1.5v on the tab. I could not find IC206. If you found IC206, can you point to it on the board?
When looking for the IC206, I noticed a couple "Burned" components. These are D407 and D409. I take it these are voltage regulators. Here are the readings I get on them. Are these OK?
"IF" I do need a new flash for the IC901, where do I get the file to flash on it?
Thanks

Here is a picture of the back of the main board. Also the measurements you asked for.
