    panasonic power supply problem

    good morning ,
I am working on a panasonic LCD model #TC-32LX85X.
The problem is , when i first plug it in and turn it on it worked for hours.
Then it shud down and the relay is constantly switching on and off, have to leave it unplug for a while for it to come on again , but same thing happens after a minutes .
The power supply number is TNPA4484 (3) (p).
took out the power board and have it connected to a main board and it still does the same thing.
was able to bridge the relay , and the 12v , 24v and 2 other voltages working fine, .
problem seem to be either the 5v standby supply or the relay curcuit need help or a schematic,

Check to see if the standby Voltage is steady or it is going up and down.

checked the 5volt supply and its stable for a while , then it slowly drops , and then the relay starts to click on and off
