    Sharp LC-60LE820UN Dead

    I have 5vdc on PD connector pin#11. Jumped it to P'S - ON #10
without any loads. The P.S. did not turn on. Voltage on main filter caps 170vdc. I bought another P.S. RUNTKA684WJQZ
for 150 plus shipping. New P.S. does the exact same thing. It too will not come out of bypass with just power to board. What am I missing?

I had a 60" sharp lc-60le810 that has a similar problem, The power LED would blink and the TV wouldn't power on. I replace the power supply and it still wouldn't power on. I replace the T-CON board, and that resolve the problem.

I have no led blinks while in the shop. The P.S. will not jumper on. Even with the loads and Tcon connected. How can I jumper on only the p.s.? I tried with and without loads. I have jumped many P.S. In the past. But this one or the replacement does not turns on.
The manuel does not tell how to jumper it out. The Trouble shooting section for the P.S. was incorrect with plug names even though
it was the correct model number on the manual. AC detect pin on P.S. was 0vdc what should it read? Jumper it high or low or not at all?

Ecking767 . Do you recall what the P.S. connection to the Tcon was? Just power or power and signal wires? I guess the Tcon LVDS cable also had signal to main board to control the P.S.?
