            A series = Bad capacitors/Bad main board/Bad panel
            B series = Bad panel/bad main board
ES series = Bad panel/bad main board
            F series = Bad panel

Samsung panels die like flies... I am not sure why.

Agree with Tom and that specific B series looks like a bad panel im afraid... can never be 100% though... I personally would pay up to $50 for that TV without breaking a sweat... If panel is toast, the main board is worth more than that, and if the main board / Tcon is toast, then the panel is worth more

              Good luck,
              Demon

                Sorry, I thought that it's a D series.
I would not invest in these TV's board, most likely most of them have panel issues.

                  Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

                  SAMSUNG Galaxy Book3 Ultra NP960XFH
                  by Robin21
                  Hallo,

I'm looking for a BIOS file for the Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra. Laptop is showing 'SAMSUNG' logo and then powers off.

                  Model: NP960XFH-XA3NL
                  Serial: 67GQ9FFW800042T
                  M/B Partnumber: BA92-24579B
                  M/B Modelnumber: VENUS3_16_EXT

                  PlatformID: ALQ

I followed the guide titled "ID Samsung BIOS from dump and download the official update" and downloaded the file ITEM_20240619_22402_WIN_P07ALQ.exe. After extracting it, I got a .bin file, but it's slightly smaller than my original BIOS dump, so I can't use it directly....

Samsung Series 9 - BIOS issue
                  by Kjell
After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...
