Panasonic DP50710 no HDMI sound

DP50710 HDMI 2 and 3 no sound it brings up a black box that says "DVI input use HDMI1". I used 2 different DVD players and all hdmi inputs same. I even swapped out main board, same. Good video on all but no sound. HDMI 1 uses an external red and white audio input.

Check the power supply voltage output that feeds the audio power to the main board
