Hi,

Suddenly all HDMI ports stopped working on a Panasonic 50" TV. This is model number TX-P50XT50B and has worked fine for years.

The TV turns on but no joy on either HDMI-1 or HDMI-2 and I've tested it using an input device and cable that works fine on another TV via HDMI.

I have a Panasonic TX-P50XT50B that was purchased from in the summer of 2012 in Basingstoke, UK from Currys PC World. We had the electrician in yesterday, 24 September 2016, and he needed to cut the power to the house to get some work done. Before he touched anything, he suggested I turn off the power on any socket that had electronics plugged in. For those of you not in the UK, there's a on/ off switch on each plug socket over here. So I clicked off the power to the power strip...
