Backlight ok ? Check voltage at tcon fuse, both sides.

Wrong board. Post pictures of the back of the set and each board separately.

When it is on and playing something - you can hear the sound in a dim room can you see
a very dark image on screen by shining a flashlight on the screen at an angle?

Then your problem is with the backlight. Are you sure this is an LED tv because afaik led failure commonly prevents bootup.

Yes this is Toshiba LED TV model nos: 32pu200ep, when i switch on the tv i can hear a sound but no video.... i think your right MMARTELL the problem is backlight...

there is still one board missing so far you have posted the main board and the power supply unit were looking for the t con board if you cant locate it please up load a picture showing the whole back of the tv so we can point out where it is as sometimes the tcon is under a sheild.

white wide flat ribbon is going to the board we need a picture of the area where the ribbon connects to it (bottom centre of picture)

Suggests to me power supply , Back light driver chip, or led strip torn or a couple of leds out

my tv went dead model 32pu200ep need some advice i checked some of the voltages on the power supply and found 12vdc is missing
