    PN60E550D1FXZA, No PS_ON, only joystick "beeps",

    And the picture is completely black.

    Again, no PS_ON signal at all, so only like +10V on Vs, which
    should be around +215V, I believe.

    There is a single control joystick, and I can get some
    menu "beeps", but that's about it.

    But it looks like I need some sort of test jig to do the logic board test patterns?

    Disconnecting the X-drive cable from the SMPS didn't change anything.

    I think it could be a problem with the main board, because the
    +15V and +5.3V are present, and the +5V Standby is there, just no PS_ON.

    Any ideas?

      Did you try Y-main isolation as well?

        Yes, because Y-main is fed by X-main in this case.
