Searched for this tv for you to see if it has the FAMOUS gamma chip on the Tcon but cant pull it up,model number is correct?Proud owner of dozens of broken TV's and many,many,many boards.

Yep. 46". And almost certainly the T-con in my opinion. I've fixed several with exactly the same symptom.Comment
