bad screen or control board

toshiba 32 inch LCD
thought it would be easy fix, thought it would be t-con, how wrong was i,
this goes form perfect to bad in less than a 60 seconds

Looks like a bad panel to me, I assume you already tried putting pressure to the tab bonds with no luck?
