Hi All,
If it matters, this is the commercial series model which is only a monitor; no speakers or TV tuner built in.
The picture has recently 'gone away' during use. This issue can happen after 5 straight hours of 5 minutes of use. The power light will continue to stay green as it normally does and does not give any red blinks.
This happens when using the component and or and PC inputs.
Once the picture has failed, if I turn off a source such as the receiver, the 'no signal message is scrambled in a pink and blue mess along what appears to be the top third of the screen.
I am hoping for a suggestion to trouble shoot as a starting point.
I apologize in advance if this issue has been discussed before. I searched approximately five pages of threads and didn't see the exact issue.
The OSD is not legible once the pictures goes away. I attached a screenshot when it runs normal.
I have not opened up the case and do not currently have a multimeter but am willing to get one if necessary.
Thanks.
