42PJ350 clicking noise

Hi, I have a LG 42PJ350. There seems to be a problem on the power supply (EAY60912401) the relays keep clicking and the standby light comes on then goes off continually, the voltages at connector p813 come on then go off with the clicking relay. Fuse F801 was blown. I changed the 2 mosfets Q801 AND Q802 which stopped the fuse blowing. I have removed the 2 resistors R927 and R929, both read 22ohms. I have replaced the rectifier IC301 (3BR1565JF) and checked the diode D304 and all the caps look fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I read that post already, if I disconnect the left hand connector the relay still clicks and the tv does not come on.

Changed ic801 l6599ad still no joy. The optical light on the control board comes on when the relay clicks then goes off. The voltage to the control board come on when it clicks then drop back to zero. There is no voltage present on the secondary.

Do you get any brief Vs/Va voltages or are they dead?

No voltage on secondary output.

With both connector off there is 5v on the bottom right connector standby pin . The relay starts clicking when the connector is connected to the main board.

Hi Have 42pj350 plasma tv making clicking noise removed power supply fitted new resistors r927, r929 3br1565jf regulator new diode d304.
but no joy still clicking.
any help would be appreciated new to the site

Tried disconnecting the Y-SUS and X-SUS boards from PSU and re-testing?
--Whats the voltage on the Vs and Va points of PSU when you do this?

Hi disconnect the ysus board tv stopped clicking
not sure how you check voltage have multimeter

Is there a repair kit y-sus board suspect it the fault ?

You'll need to check both Y-SUS and X-SUS for shorts......

Hi checked for shorts found few blown fets on ysus board
diode open near transformer,do you know where i can buy replacement parts?
because can not find replacement board all sold out

Charles Hyde and Sons or fleagay, Ohm-supplies, flat-panel TV spares (or summit) just google 'Kit' and the board number.....

Most of the 'fets' will be IGBT's.....

Hi does any on know what the green resistors are on ysus board just posted 42pj350 just found 2 that are shorted any one know where i can buy them
or what they are
