Lg55um7600 backlight but no picture

Hi
Just wanted some advice please
TV has backlights but no picture if I remove the ribbon cable in the pictures I have uploaded I get an image one side but the other side I get a white screen
Do you guys think it's screen failure because I have tried the tape trick but no luck

Likely screen failure. Try bigger pieces of tape potentially. How many lines are you blocking at once

its early to judge on panel.... keep the ribbon connected... and try disconnect one U ribbon from left and right buffer boards of panel a time... to see if you get 3/4 picture
