MAXENT MX26X3 L2614XW02L no standby light, no power on

i have a MAXENT MX26X3 L2614XW02L here that wont turn on.
i can see power going from the plug, to the power board, and even some power coming out into the mainboard but pressing the power button does nothing
and the standby red light does not come on.

i took voltage measurements of all the cable pins on the mainboard and made a graphic. im still new at this so i wont try to guess at what it might be. at first i thought it must be the power board since no standby light comes on but then i see the mainboard IS getting some power so now im kinda confused...could the switch be broken? does the switch send a signal to the mainboard, and then the mainboard sends a signal to the power supply to turn on from 5v to 12v?

anyway if anyone can look at the volts im getting on this mainboard and give me a hint, i'd be greatly appreciative.

whats the power and main board numbers can you post pictures up as they might be a board we reconise thanks.

ive got the voltages on the mainboard measured. working on the other boards. will post those in the next one

i get 4.85v to the power switch on the button board... but to be honest i dont really know whats supposed to happen on the button board when the power button is pressed... how is that signal relayed to the motherboard? does a voltage change?

theres 4.9v to all the buttons... 0v to the green LED 3.92 to one side of the red led and 5.03 to the other side thers some resistors and things on this board and a lot of them have voltages on them too around 5v... so it really seems like the button board is getting everything it needs...

hmm on the last board i was working on (vizio vo37L) there were voltage regulators all over the main board but here there are none... not sure what else to test...ill leave it at this for now and hope someone can give me some ideas. thanks again!

Do you have the remote? If you do have voltage at the swithes, then it means you must have 5VSTBY on one of the pin for the connector between the power supply board and the main board. See any fuses on the main board?
I cannot see any 3-pin voltage regulator ICs either. What does the bottom side look like? There must be more SMD parts on the bottom side.

i do not have the remote. i do not see any fuse on the mainboard. i will take the board off and upload a picture of the underside...

its gonna be hard for me to test the voltages because with all the wires plugged in i cant get at the back of the board...

hmm i need help figuring out how to lookup datasheets on these things...
i type in 5 cal 17-18 and i get datasheets for the 1117... are there some things im just supposed to know about these numbers on these chips? what does 5cal mean?
