Hi folks , Ive got a problem with this Samsung le40m86bdx 40"LCD I replaced the caps on the PSU as they were bulging but still the TV turns Off then turns back on again .

does it eventually stay on?
checked voltages?
apply a little heat to the main board near the shielded area, may not be the case here but sounds similar to what i've seen and experienced on these bordeaux models -
