They are pretty close, so I am not sure why you are getting different DC voltage measurements.

What about LED-s on control board. It appears to have 2 of them and one is constantly blinking while TV is on. Is this correct for LED-s?

That is correct for those LEDs. About e very second flash.

The guy who sold me x-main from eBay will ship another one. I will try that first and if 3rd one looks same then will move to something else. This tv has same picture with or without Panel orange cables disconnected from x-buffer. If still problem I will ship to you.

I'm actually interested in what might be causing this problem because it sure is bizarre. Your X-main appears to be working, your control board appears to be working and the X-buffer is OK. Only missing link is a problem with the panel but what exactly?
That doesn't mean I expect a half-broken 50" Samsung to end up on my doorstep. I've enough projects as it is...

What is the correct voltage reading on the orange ribbon cable that connects to the screen off the y-main board. I am reading -12V DC on each pin each connector.

Please see attached picture of y-main connectors. Y main VSC reads -192 but when I check any pin of orange cable from picture I am getting -12 V. Can anyone check on any plasma what voltage is there supposed to be.

Does anybody has procedure how to calibrate HDMI or AV inputs on this TV. Or does anyone has the calibration numbers that I can manually input.
