i downloaded autodesk to view them but i have to manually remove the hyperlinks to view the schematic.

ok i went over most of the connectors to get voltages.

connector p812b connects the lowb board to the a/v board

ac det. - 0v
pow. protect - 3.3v i'm guessing it is in protect mode as to why it isn't detecting the ac.
pow. lcd - 0v
pow. db - 3.3v
pow. tv - 3.3v
pow. sig. - 0v


connector p811b also goes from lowb to a/v board

12v audio - 0v
12v audio2 - 0v
32v-32.6v
18v-18.1v
9v-9.1v
6vd-6.2v
6vd-6.2v
5v1-5.1v

so my guess is it is going into shutdown mode but now i need to figure out what is causing it. connector cn61 comes off the seine board and has 3 wires connected those wires are labeled vbr(0v-5v) and vbr(0v-3.3v) and pwm_sw switch for pwm but i have not checked those voltages cause i have the seine board out and they are a pain to get at to check but i will check if needed but they seem to go to the inverter board and attach to the rest of the wires coming from the power supply. so my guess would be the inverter is causing it to go into protect mode or something else is but i can't narrow it down. what a crazy setup they have wires going from board to board and back and forth etc.

The reason you do not have the Audio 12v because it is generated by the same 24V power supply which is not on until the relay is turned on by the main board.
"wires are labeled vbr(0v-5v) and vbr(0v-3.3v) and pwm_sw" Those are for the backlights dimming control signal, it will use only one of those 3 depends on the design of this TV.

i can't find where the power signal comes from the main board that turns on that section of the power supply. the only pin that goes from the seine board to the lowb board that doesn't have any voltage is the vcc_lcd pin.

here is a zip file of all the dwf files. i don't know if you will view them but that is what i have. you need autodesk to view them unless you convert them to pdf. they are located in html/images it is just out of my league as to what file to open to even get to what i wanna see. with autodesk you can remove the links so you can see the whole print. i have a bunch of them open but can't seem to find what i need. if you name a file i will open it and check if needed.

I have AUTOCAD 2000 but it shows up as blank page.

you might have to unzip it i had that problem when trying to view it without unzipping it. not sure though

it opens with autodesk whether it is zipped or unzipped

I did. I ran into this problem before when I download the TOSHIBA SM from ELEKTROTANYA.
Which Autodesk program you use?

it says it isn't a replacement for native autocad file(dwg)

the only thing that sucks is you have to manually click on all the links to remove them so you can see the drawing. i didn't see a way to select all of them to remove them and if there is a way i didn't figure it out yet. i have a bunch still open that i already removed the red links from.

That last link installed all kind of junks (wiseenhance, mysearch, moboginie, new toolbar, etc.) in my computer! just finished running cleaning them out
