i should of warned you about that. my fault. anything you install now a days you have to read it correctly or they trick you into installing a bunch of crap if you keep hitting agree without looking at what you are installing.

they didn't install on my computer. sorry. did you ever get it working to be able to view those files?

No, that link took me the same Autodesk that you post in the first link, it still gives me the same error
