No power on Vizio voj320f1a 32" led tv

So, I've been trolling around and gain a lot of information but I have an issue on a vizio tv that is a voj320f1a. It had absolutely no power so I went on ebay
and found a new power board with a warranty. Replaced the power board and still no power??? Any ideas? Maybe the original power board wasn't the issue Should I return it for a refund??

Thanks for any advice in advance...

Before you return it for a refund, Check the main fuse and the output voltages. If that's ok then check the main board's regulators.

There are a lot of vizio posts here that will explain how to check regulators on the main boards. You'll find some if you search for them.

Did you check the main fuse? and rectifier voltages? Output voltages from power supply? Output voltage from wall socket? Help me help you.

Ok I checked what I thought was the right parts... I think...
Anyways, I believe the new power board is good because the original
one has a burn mark on the underside... So, what other board would
cause the tv to not have any power on or in standby... I mean no white
          or orange power led??

Well, the power board outputs power to run the set HOWEVER, the main board is responsible for the switching from standby to the ON state. What are the output voltages from the power supply? Can you post any pictures of the boards in question? We really can't go any further without either of these.

Do you have a digital multimeter?

Ok here is the power board...
I do have a multimeter but my probes are to big to get into wire and connector.
I think I can stick a small gauge wire into the end of the wire connector to
check voltages but which wires should I check?? maybe by color?? red and black??
                Thanks for all the help...

OK, those two white connectors on the left, there are labels printed on the board, can you remove the connector and take the pictures so we can see what the labels are?
Never mind about the pictures, shopjimmy has good clear pictures.

I had a 32" vizio awhile back that fed all the 5v standby through the main board, open fuse on main board caused dead set, tested no shorts and put in a new fuse and everything worked again. maybe yours is set up the same way?

There are no fuses on the top of the board... didn't check underneath but I doubt this one has a fuse on the main board...

Ok so, I checked the power board while it was plugged in.. I was getting 5 volts on the 5 volt leads but nothing on the 12 volt leads... Then I went back to check the 5 volts again and found nothing??? I contacted the ebayer who sold it to me and he offered an exchange ... hope the power board is once again bad that way an actually good working one will fix this set.... I'll ask more questions if the replacement board doesn't work.

OK, the 12v and the 24v power supplies are turn on when it gets the PS_ON signal from the main board, the 5VSB is always on power supply that should be present the minute you apply 120VAC to the power supply board.
