    Cant find G1084 Voltage Regulators

I have tried both Mouser and Digi-Key to buy G1084 voltage regulators.
They are not at either of the above sites. Are they an obsolete part? I could not find them on Ebay either. I am asking because I am unable to find anyone who stocks them. I have seen PDF so I know someone has them somewhere. I tried cut / paste info from the attaches PDF but to no avail.
    Thanks Guys

Similar to LD1084; will be in a D2PAK or DPAK case, I guess.

Re: Cant find G1084 Voltage Regulators

You won't find by searching "G1084" because G is the identifier of that Chinese company, "Global Mixed-Mode Technology". Digikey and Mouser won't stock parts from some random Chinese company.

You can search for "1084" and you'll find these chips made by other companies:

        http://www.digikey.com/product-searc...2556290?k=1084

Look at the pinout of your chip (adj/gnd, out, in) and match the pinout with the chip you pick on digikey - they should be pin compatible.

Re: Cant find G1084 Voltage Regulators

Thanks for the help. I tried cross reference also but it did not give a LD prefix it just gave all kind of other stuff not electronic parts. I was looking for various voltages with the TO-252 and TO-263 packages. I have gotten several of 1117 LDO and the standard
7805 etc. I have used one 1117 with the TO-252 package. The parts are not that expensive to stock several . I just like to have spares when trouble shooting and have doubts if I come across a marginal part. I have alot of spare parts but obviously can't stock everything. Is seems the TO-252 had a higher current capability and I did not have any. Seems I am trying to buy items I read about here in the forum that I might need. Several times it has paid off but several times it has not. You dont know what your need untill you need it. Thanks Again!
