KDL-32L5000 Double Image Lower

I acquired this Sony tv and the lower half is jumping/double image/blurry. I pulled the whole panel apart. When I put pressure on the tabs, my picture never changes. But when I freeze spray the left side in the middle the picture clears up. Although I have a horizontal line across the middle of the tv. Is it same to assume my panel is bad? I attached pics.

Anyone have any ideas on the one? The 2nd pic shows where I spray to clean up the picture.

It sounds like a tab bond issue but usually if you put pressure on it, it should clear up the screen. The freeze spray remedy is very interesting. Too bad its only temporary.

You probably have an IC-level tab fault. I've had ones where you have to apply direct pressure to the IC on the tab. I've had no luck finding a permanent fix for one like that.

I spray it right in the middle on the right side and the pic clears up. I press on the bond tabs and it doesn't fix the picture. If you notice there is a horizontal thin line right across the screen in the middle. Don't know what would cause that. Bad panel or bad panel with faulty tcon.

I agree with TOM that it is the TFT driver IC on flex PCB.
