So, if you are testing it right, ICs #2, #3 and #4 from top on the bottom buffer board are also suspected bad.
I do not think this is correct as if you have Vsc/-Vy with bottom buffer in, there should be no shorts.

ok i refit bottom buffer in morning and test all again do i remove the little ribbon the fits the up and low buffers in the middle
ok so done them again today and vsc and vy up and down so gues there a fault with ysus aswell that blew the buffers any idear how to find whats gone on this ysus and if theres a repair kit for them ? thanks tom
With both buffers out, do you have steady Vsc and -Vy?

From my experience, they don't test the parts sufficiently, so make sure to test before installing the boards.

there was burnt one so removed that and still got meter beep so removed more still getting beep im testing on middle pin of p216 then geeting beeps on p203
That's really odd. I can't explain the results. Same location as before?
