just hope who ever fitted the caps put all the right voltages etc in the right places.

It was done very professional. Not sure about correct caps fitted.

Can you recheck the soldering on the point marked in RED in teh image attached . There should be 2 connections at that point, the Anode of D70 & a winding from the transformer. I'm not sure if the transformer wire is correctly soldered

Cap values should be:

C21 10/50
C20 47/50

C33 100/25
C80 470/16
C60 470/35
C41 1200/16
C42 470/25
C43 470/25
C61 470/16
C81 & C71 47/50
C70 100/50
C51 1200/16
C52 470/16
