I suspect Q4005 is a dual NPN/PNP pair transistor or possibly CMOS pair for gate drive, but NPN/PNP is most likely.
Pin out guess:
1. Vcc/NPN Collector (+15V)
2. Vss/PNP Collector (GND)
3. Input drive
4. Output
5. Input drive
Q4006, not sure exactly, possibly dual NPN device as all pins appear uncommitted.

I just dug out my old board. Same 2 IGBTs were bad on that. You did well reading off those drivers. I can just make out the 73711, the other mine reads 7361(no sign or room for the last 1) but when I compare your datasheet and the sheet for the 7361 the pinouts for the 73611 makes sense. The 7361 is a little different pin wise.
Could you see 11 at the end on yours?Comment

I couldn't see the 11 either and no manufacturer's marking like the other one. I cleaned mine with 91% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab. Before that I couldnt read anything. A USB microscope is going to be my next tool acquisition.------------signature starts here------------

Q4005 is 5K. Q4006 (far left) is marked 46. I think D4001 might be bad too. I'll pull it and check but in the board I get a reading regardless of polarity.------------signature starts here------------

And reinforcing that even further, I am able to test it and it acts as it would if that datasheet is correct. I tested it in board but with negative on 4 I get a beep on 3 and 5. Neg on 1 I get a beep on 2 and 6.------------signature starts here------------

I reverse engineered the circuit to prove to myself it is the right device, so I think you will just need to replace Q4006 and test the SMD resistors, the other parts should be OK. Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
- sound and backlight, but no picture
- when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
- it keeps rebooting
- without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
- without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
- when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.
- without cable between mainboard and lcd panel and with a jumpered... -
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

Hello everyone,
Ive got a UE60KU6079 on the workbench that is giving me some headaches trying to troubleshoot.
The previous owner stated that there had been white dots on the screen which from the description sounded like some lenses fell of the backlight LEDs.
He had opened the TV from the back, trying to get to the backlight, supposedly gave up, reassebled everything and gave the TV to me.
I expected the worst like ripped COF cables or a cracked panel but could not find anything like that yet.
Anyway I still fully expect that there has been something seriously damaged... -
Hi all
I was just given a Samsung TV with the issue. I read various threads and videos and attempted the ribbon tape method to gain an image, but no luck.
Symptom:
No picture no sound.
When I plug in the power cord, Backlight LED turns on for a half second and then turns off. The red LED next to the power button located center bottom flashes 2 or 3 times. When the power button is pressed after, it does the same thing.
No sound at all.
What I tried:
1. I tried unplugging the left or right ribbon... -
This is my first Craigslist freebie fix attempt. 50 inch LG Plasma TV Previous owner said over time it was struggling to turn on, it would take 4-5 times to turn on, the one day it just did entirely. I took it home and plugged it in, I her a click, then a second later another click, and nothing. Dead as a doorknob
So I took the back off and check voltages. The power supply appears fine, I checked the VS, VA, and 5V voltages and they all measured correct, on the power supply board and on the display boards (Y and X boards). All the fuses are fine
