Black probe of the meter on the chassis GND, the Red probe on D1+, D1-, D2+, D2-.
Your power supply board is not the same as in the Video, you have two sets of LED strings with its own boost converter and its own MOSFET for each string of the LED. The board in the Video has one string of LED.
So set your meter to higher Voltage scale and take the readings again.

      Re: Samsung UN60EH6050F Sound-no picture

Thank for your help. I apologize for not getting back in a timely fashion. i redid the measurement.

with the power on and the tab connected, the voltages are:

      1. D1+ 26.0
      2. D1+ 26.0
      3. N.C 0.0
      4. D1- 218
      5. N.C 0.0
      6. D2+ 26.2
      7. N.C 0.0
      8. D2- 219
      9. D2- 219

with the power on and the tab DISCONNECTED, the voltages are:

      1. D1+ 0.0
      2. D1+ 0.0
      3. N.C 0.0
      4. D1- 300
      5. N.C 0.0
      6. D2+ 0.0
      7. N.C 0.0
      8. D2- 300
      9. D2- 300

      so, is this PSB good?

      Thanks again.

It looks like you have D1+ D1-, D2+, and D2- all backward.
The D1+ pin is the Voltage feeding pin to the Anode of the D1 LED sting #1 which should be around 224V as printed on the board, D2+ pin is the Voltage feeding pin to the Anode of the D1 LED sting #2 which should also be around 224V.
D1-, D2- are the Cathode return for the two LED strings.
You are getting about 300V when no LEDs connected so that is correct.
So are you sure that you are not getting any backlights at all?

i'm sorry i wasn't clear. the blacklights are on when the power is on and the tab is connected. the blacklights are not on when the power is on and the tab is disconnected. i see that i could have misinterpreted the orientation of the wires vis a vis the legend. if that is true, based on what you wrote, the voltage readings are correct. if they are correct, then the PSB is fine?

Samsung TV model UE50TU: rebooting, backlight, sound, but no picture
            by TR103
            Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
            - sound and backlight, but no picture
            - when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
            - it keeps rebooting
            - without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
            - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
            - when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

            - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel and with a jumpered...

SAMSUNG UN55KS9000F picture fades then distorts into vertical lines after 20 seconds
            by JJAAMM
This was my main TV for the last 6 years. I'm not inclined to throw out a $2600 TV so quickly so I'm trying to investigate the issue.

            Problem
TV was disconnected from power for 6 months during construction. When I plugged it yesterday picture was fine, after 30 seconds it dimmed then started developing horizontal lines, picture then starts to ghost vertically until it degrades into vertical streaks. TV always displays a perfect picture when cold. I can unplug TV for 5 minutes and plug it back in and picture is restored for 20 seconds. I can also keep it in standby mode...

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
            by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

            Hello all,

This is my first post, but long term lurker on the form learning as much as possible about these TV's. I was given this TV as due to a power outage of constant On/off of power to TV. The TV originally would just click on and off (Typical Reboot Cycle). I opened the back of the TV, and troubleshooted by taking the 96 pin LVDS off one at a time to see if I had a picture on either side. I finally fixed the reboot cycle by finding the error on the left side of the screen off connector CN 1301, and the TV would stay on. Further troubleshooting led me to the driver boards where...
