Possibly that chip is bad or the panel killed that chip so you'd be taking a risk in replacing t-con.

Check voltages before replacing t-con board with ribbons out. That way you can know. Also, you can try checking panel for water damage.
I would be upset to see another bad LCD panel this week, it would have to be the forth, I think.

A = 15-16V (AVDD for Panel Source Driver)
B = 15-16V (HAVDD for Panel Source Driver)
C = 20-30V (VGH/VONE for Panel Gate Driver)
D = 1.2V±0.1V (TCON IC Core Voltage)
E = 3.3V±0.3V (TCON IC / Panel Source Driver IO)
F = 1.8V±0.1V (TCON IC)
G = 11V±0.5V (Panel)

Tcon board came in yesterday, I replaced and that fix the problem, looks like the bad IC chip on the old board was casing the main issue. Thanks everyone for their help.

The board in post 1 is the FRC board, nothing to do with audio,
There is no speaker connector.
J6 POWER IN
J4 DEBUG
J8 3D CONTROLLER
J1 SD 7 CLK.
The other 3 big connectors are for LVDS IN and LVDS OUT.
The other pictures are T-CON board.
