RCA Projection TV Blurry Picture

RCA Senium rear projection Model HD61W140 Chassis ATC311. Cannot complete auto convergence. I get a message that a sensor failed. The picture is a blur across the entire screen. I do not have a service manual. I can get to the service menu but cannot read it due to the blur. It is an old TV but had a great HD picture when operating properly, Any ideas on what to do?

You could start by removing the screen frame and cleaning the mirror and lenses.

How is the overall convergence? are the red & blue lined up with the green. If its a convergence issue there could be a open fuse neer the flyback caused by broken solder connections on the flyback transformer.

I looked around the flyback and didn't see anything obviously fried. The overall convergence is off on the entire picture. When looking at an active TV broadcast channel you can see the representations of the red, blue and green images.

I guess what I really need is a Factory Service Manual for this model (free if possible). Can anyone help me?

There are 3 fuses near the flyback transformer (I believe they are brownish color) one of them could be open.

thats for a ITC222 chassis Thorerik has a ATC311 there not same chassis

this link might give you some help
also the service manual is on RCA cd-rom disc and you'll either have find a pdf dump of the disc or a RCA ATC311 cd-rom disc for servicing schematics or alignment data

I don't have access to the rca manuals right now so I could'nt cross the manual to the chassis.
I did'nt work on that model very often, most likley on convergence board, check if there is +22 and -22 volts on J19700 if its there, check the transistors on the convergence board. I seem to remember replacing parts on this board.
