"no flickering but as soon as the screen gets to a darker image the backlight start to Flicker"
The darker or brighter image/scene is controlled by the T-CON, unless this TV has backlights controlled by the T-CON for the so called high dynamic range contrast. It sounds to me that the T-CON is giving image flicker, if you look at the back of the panel to see the backlights, do you see it flickers?

It could also be a marginal power supply. T-con power usage varies with image content. Typically the more complex (more changes per row/column) the more power is used. Different colours may also use more power.

indeed. The backlights are truly flickering. that's what I thought controlled by the t-con considering that there is a small 3-pin ribbon cable going from the tcon the primary inverter I think I'll probe those wires and see the difference between power up and when a flickering starts. Maybe I can bypass the high contrast dynamic range. its pretty useless anyways

I would turn that function off.

Ok function turned off. Still doing the same thing. The pins going to the inverter from the tcon do not fluctuate. When doing this and when not. I replaced the primary inverter capacitors for good measure. Oddly if I apply heat to the.primary inverter the blue light starts to light up and at.one time.the inverter stayed on and didn't fluctuate.
