"no flickering but as soon as the screen gets to a darker image the backlight start to Flicker"
The darker or brighter image/scene is controlled by the T-CON, unless this TV has backlights controlled by the T-CON for the so called high dynamic range contrast. It sounds to me that the T-CON is giving image flicker, if you look at the back of the panel to see the backlights, do you see it flickers?

It could also be a marginal power supply. T-con power usage varies with image content. Typically the more complex (more changes per row/column) the more power is used. Different colours may also use more power.

indeed. The backlights are truly flickering. that's what I thought controlled by the t-con considering that there is a small 3-pin ribbon cable going from the tcon the primary inverter I think I'll probe those wires and see the difference between power up and when a flickering starts. Maybe I can bypass the high contrast dynamic range. its pretty useless anyways

I would turn that function off.

Ok function turned off. Still doing the same thing. The pins going to the inverter from the tcon do not fluctuate. When doing this and when not. I replaced the primary inverter capacitors for good measure. Oddly if I apply heat to the.primary inverter the blue light starts to light up and at.one time.the inverter stayed on and didn't fluctuate.

Bitfenix Whisper 850W - Only 5VStby and PSON
              by Francesc V.
              Hi:

I am trying to repair this modular ATX PSU. It only has the 5V Standby and PSON enabled (3.33V).

PSON is delivered by (ST9S429-PG14) in pin4. This chip is a Voltage controller but it doesn't seem to trigger any PWM signal to pass it to primary through coils and "move" the big mosfets. Also next to it there is a EST7618 that it also seems a voltage controller.

Not sure if in the right direction, but trying to find where PWM signal is generated.

Green section seems that could be the "PWM section". It's driven by a...

THE HULK Olevia 265TFHD 65" LCD Inverter Boards ???
              by Michale32086
Got in a monster.. Older Olevia 65" LED and the thing weighs like 500 lbs!!

OK, OK, only 235 lbs but it feels like 500...

Power it up and, after a few tries, it comes on.. No backlight on the left side of the screen, as you face it..

So I am thinking bad inverters.. It's a set of 3 on either side..

Ordered a replacement set, but they came in damaged.. Specifically, the metal frame that surrounds the doo-hickeys.. (see pics)

              Would that affect functionality??

              Thanx...

              GDM50 LA-L241P Rev 1.0 - 2 Amber and 7 White Led Fix Needed
              by m041633n
              Hello Everyone!
I would like to know the Jumper location for the 2 Amber 7 White Led Blink Code error. According to Dell 2,7 Led codes are for display or the Display cable failure. I didn't changed the display nor the cable. The issue happens only when restarting the machine from windows and from the BIOS. And when opening and closing the lid the display turns off and never turns back on. But the machine is working! I confirmed it by pressing the CAPS Lock key. Does anybody has this issue and fixed it by jumpering some fet near the display connector on the motherboard. If So Please Help...
