DDT21H95 DAEWOO CRT TV ADVICE PLEASE

Hi all

This set is not powering , with standby LED flashing GREEN/RED

PSU secondary supplies present& i assume ok

Line output transistor measures good

Took a chance & replaced LOPTX but still same


Can anyone help with advice or schematic ?

Managed to prevent the switched supplies from decaying by applying an external 2V5 to pin 4 of the 5 regulators grouped together.

Starting to suspect the PHILIPS HERCULES CHIP that pretty much carries out all the processing & drives

Nothing resembling line drive from pin 62 , no data activity either.

Also just to add , crystal oscillator for chip is spot on at 24.5mhz
