    lg 60pc1d-ul. resister

    i have a icp250 3aoosmt. resister. specks says .15ohms i think. i get .2 could this be the cause of my sub power supply not clicking on and supplying power to the main power supply

    That is OK since your meter probe wire resistance is added to the resistance of the resistor. Touch your probe together to see what you read, that will be your probe resistance, that number will be added to the value of the resistor you are measuring. These low value resistor, when it is bad or blown up, it goes open circuit (high resistance).

      that was a concrete resister take out of the board. i took another one off another board ..see if it will work or not. no remote for tv and no power using power button

        i will be starting on this. big set again....starting drom scratch with a set of new used boards

          i do know that the smaller sub power board is blowing the fuse
          as soon as the set is pluged in. i do see a few caps that are
          blown so those will get changed first !!
