Panasonic Oled 55EZ950E, no picture, red led blinking every 4 sec

Hi everyone, I have a Panasonic OLED TV model 55EZ950E, as soon as I turn it on I don't have any image the LED goes from green to red LED blinking every 4 sec, I found the service manual suggests checking OLED PANEL, PB BOARD, T-CON connectors but it seems like everything ok, I didn't find any burns under the pb board
I attach a link to download the service manual, thank you for anyone who can help me

Attached are the photos of the TV cards, from the service manual they suggest checking the card called pb card the central one, I tried to DISCONNECT everything leaving the p card connected, the main ps card and the main board but the problem persists I think the problem is on the first power supply cardClick image for larger version

put every socket in place and just disconnect the 2 LVDS between Main board and T-CON ... power on and check on T-CON the 12 V & 24V on both fuse side near the sockets white and black

Hi, is there 400VDC and approx 15VDC on the 3 pin connector P<>PB boards, respect to HOT GND pin? Have you replaced those 2 black caps on the PB? Replace back with original ones my advice..

Hi everyone, I carried out the checks as per the suggestion, the 24 volts are not present on the PB board, on the 3 pin connector P<>PB boards there are only 380 volts which are lowered when the TV goes into protection, the 15 volts are absent, on the p board the main capacitors have 320 volts, the 5 volts are always present while the 16 volts are present only at the moment of switching on then when the TV goes into protection they are no longer there while on the t-con they are neither present 12 and not even 24 volts,
I await your other suggestionsClick image for larger version

Hi Diah I tried as you suggested by connecting all the cables and leaving the 2 LVDS don't look at the photo posted, I used it to indicate the voltages I checked, all the connectors were connected except LVDS but I don't have any voltage, nor 12 nor 24 volts, as I underlined before I have those values on the cards, I have the 5 volts fixed, then the 16 volts disappear as soon as the red LED error appears, the 24 volts on the card called pb are also missing, while there is 'LED error all the voltages of the main capacitors are lowered, in the p board I have 320 volts while in the pc board 380

I don't like to fight every time or challenge with others, but someone in this forum elected himself as "the OLED man", that advice (and others..) can't work! If main board connections to tcon are interrupted , the tcon dc dc converters doesn't start, so tcon SoC doesn't start and communicate the main board to switch on the panel supply rails..

"Riparo": are output values mentioned on the power boards silkscreens or manual? The PB board has a brown tie of cables that goes to the tcon.. i've never seen or heard tcon working at 16v... i see on the P board a group of red and brown cables to the mainboard, then from there some white cables to the tcon.. i cannot spend just now time to get and read manuals, but my guess is that P board provides 5 and 12v to main board, beacause main board needs 12v for audio, tcon via lvds cables and tcon/panel via second cable.. the PB board feeds maybe the panel but at which tension? 16..24..variable volts? which one?
Let's say that panel works at 16v.. them are present for a bunch of seconds, so the problem lies more probably on the screen circuitry, so i guess bad panel is the most possible, this because tcon approved panel feeding (tcon ok) but an overload takes place immediately.. bye..

                        yes i am OLED man..
yes OLED TV Main boards and PSU work together with out LVDS in place
yes PSU and T-CON and Module can run alone in standalone test mode
yes OLED MB working only the sign of audio Optic port lit red..

do you want more to learn.

PSB+Screen alone needs a modification (jumper wires)..

riparo: you surely ask yourself "so what to do?" , i think starting the screen self test will produce again tv protection... your only hope is that tcon SoC or surroundings ram/rom has bad soldering and them are driving bad the oled panel or simply commands MB to shut off (watchdog? or what else..), so the first thing for me is to try heating with hot air a bit some minutes but not so high temp. the SoC area, not a real reflow.. 3minutes for starting.. let't hope..
PS: are you able to see tickets of which is the manufacturer of the oled panel? it's important.. maybe is LG.. them suffers bad tin..

first of all I thank you both Diah Davi.p , the values mentioned are those silk-screened on the P card, when I turn on the TV and then it goes into protection the 5 volts remain fixed, while the 16 volts are seen for a few seconds and then disappear, measuring the 4 mosfets positioned near the red connector on the P HO 14 VOLT fixed, couldn't there be a problem with the P board? Why isn't it providing the correct voltages? the PB board PORTS POWER to the T-CON, but on the PB the 24 volts necessary in my opinion to turn on the panel are missing. I must specify that when the TV goes into protection even on the main I have no power the optical port turns off, I tried to connect only the P card and only the main but the TV always goes into protection, that's why I assume that the problem is on the P card, CMQ if I can I leave the service manual if you want to take a look and I await your suggestions https://tel-spb.ru/download/?brand=P...Z950E_LA73.rar

i see no voltages tables on the boards, is it that difficult to report them here?

here are the voltages, I noticed that when it goes into protection the relay switches off, which is why there are no more voltages, only 5 volts present, could it be a defect in the relay?Click image for larger version

Ok so is an LG panel, take all with the doubt... watching the bigger photos (without taking the manual) i see the PB board provides 24V and only that to tcon, P board provides 12V to main board and then it goes to tcon via left white cables and probably is the only 12V (right lvds doesn't have fuse so no power supply). Main board commands PB to switch on via right 2 brown wires. So try if you want my advice to heat the tcon board with hot air..
