dell lcd tv mod w3207c amber light on no start

Hi all
New to fourm.Hope I am doing this right.

I have dell lcd tv mod# w3207c.Stbye light amber on .Set will not start.
Set was hard to power up for awhile ,had to leave Ac cord out all night.
Have checked caps (ESR) them in power supply all caps and components seem fine .
Wonder if maybe something on motherboard(main) suppling 3 volts to micro
I have no schematic for this model .Tried to get copy with no luck
This no start seems to be common problem with this set but no one seems to have come up with fix.Hope someone can help this old guy

Hmm last person to ask had no replies.
I have spotted this - it was not me and there was no follow up but I guess anything is
worth a try. I am only assuming you have this small board and the said cap.
"on the power supply board there is a upright small board on the right hand side. replace capacitor C301, with exact replacement. This should solve your problem, it solved mine."

I saw that same post on Dell site Like you say no response from person who posted fix.

There is small aux power board on main Powers supply but no symbol numbers or markings on caps that I can see.

I did esr caps but never took them out of circuit as heat ink and large coil is obstructing them.I will take them out just out of curiosity.

With no schematic just like working in dark.
