According to this post, if it's the same Y-Sus, those resistors appear to be 10 ohms: http://www.fixya.com/support/t124065...tv20a_am_going

I'm working on 2 of those same models, if you haven't got the answer, I can make measurements for you.

Thanks capkid plasma Ron do you no what mosfets to replace
There's a kid on eBay that says you need to replace 6
Of them but my board has 10 also I'm getting 5.2 ohms
Each on my resisters should the be 10 ohms each or together
        Thanks

          Re: Vizio bp50-hdtv2a

The resistors are 10 ohms each. Did you lift at least one leg of each resistor from the circuit to check the resistance? If they are in parallel, and you didn't lift a leg, the 5-ohm readings you got are correct.

Ovalking, Sorry I really can't help much with component repair. I pretty much just do board replacements. The set(s) that I'm working on are the VP50HDTV10A and I see that the Y boards are EAX34151601. I don't see any resistors labeled like that on my boards.

What issues are you experiencing that necessitated a repair?

Is the screen totally black? Do your buffer ICs have any burns?

                      Re: Vizio bp50-hdtv2a

What do you mean by "hidden" mosfets? A pic or two might be helpful. This TV sounds very similar to the infamous HP-T50 series TVs, where the K2837 and B20NK50Z (this one sometimes fails) mosfets fail: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...t=24844&page=7

The repair kit you referenced earlier is probably this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SAMSUNG-Phil...-/130975615950. The buffer will obviously have to be replaced or repaired.

They were below heat sink behind blue resisters I think
I'm new but I'm learning thank everyone here for the help

                            Re: Vizio bp50-hdtv2a

On my board, which is LJ92-01490A for the three 50" Samsungs I worked on awhile back, I had to replace these mosfets on the lower bank:

                            - 88N30W (four of these)
                            - K2837 (one of these)
                            - B20NK50Z (one surface mount mosfet)

I'm not sure what's included in the eBay seller's kit. Also, I've purchased from this eBay seller (SLP5188) numerous times without an issue: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AP88N30E-88N...item2ecbb5a1e9
