I have a Samsung LE40R88BDX needing a new main board, now I know you can change screen size, type ect in the service menu, so would that mean that say a 32" version would suffice or does it have to be specifically for my model?

Re: Just a simple query?
32" should be fine, it's important mainly to match 720p to 720p and 1080p to 1080p. So you cannot usually put a 1080p mainboard in a 720p TV and vice versa. You MAY find the colours are distorted when the set powers on with new main board, if this is the case then you will need to go into the service menu and change the panel settings. (e.g. if your current TV has AMLCD then use 40" AMLCD setting.)Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Just a simple query?
Whaaaaaa?! Really? I thought it had to be exact. I turned away a potential customer who needed an EAX32740501 main board that I had, just because I had a part number with a different AGF# (he had an LG 47LC7DF-UB, and my board was from an LG 47LB5D-UC) are you saying it could have been compatible?Comment

Re: Just a simple query?
Most likely it would have been fine, but there might be model differences like one having digital audio and one not, for example...Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

by NevilletHi All,
I'd like some help designing a simple circuit for driving a small DC motor.
The PIR module is a HC-SR501 which runs on 6V supply and outputs 2.4V when triggered. (Datasheet attached)
I'm not totally sure which motor I need yet but lets assume it'll be 12V and draw a maximum of 100mA.
Can somebody design me a simple circuit for me using something like a 2N3904?
I'm happy to include a relay if that makes sense.
Many thanks.

Hello everyone.
I am facing a red message above the screen permanently, also the image is greyed and the TV is unusable as is in any sources.
Of course I tried everything basic or a bit advanced, so I updated the firmware to version 2.550 which did not resolve the problem.
Accessing the secret menu by I have access to 3 interesting parameters regarding this issue
-DRM Warning
-CIPlus Query
-CIPlus update
Obviously I tried to set DRM warning to OFF but this don't... -
by ZiliconPlease help:
The above laptop with the board number: "GK5MP5X MB V1.0" started with the screen becoming blank when a game was launched, or a higher definition video was being played. It became worse by not displaying at all during boot up, but there are signs that the PC was working every other thing worked except the display.
The PC works normally with HD screen (720p) but no display with a full HD screen (1080p)
I couldn't find any boardview or the schematics for the motherboard.
Please, how do I solve this problem02-13-2024, 03:43 AM -
by TheJeanoxTeachers, a question, is this type of KBC programmed or not? I asked the Chinese guys at Aliexpress if they could sell it to me already programmed and one said yes and the other said no because it's not necessary? Now they've driven me crazy.
Can someone who has already worked with one guide me please!
