Funai LC320EM2

The set was dead. F601 125v 4 amp fuse blown. Q600 a K10A500 mosfet was shorted. in the primary circuit. I tried to cross reference to no avail.
could not find a data sheet to get specd to cross it the hard way. Does anyone know general purpose replacement? Could not get the correct service manual either. Anyone? Thanks!

it is k10a50d not 500 try tk10a50d to find it at digikey or mouse or ebay

Check zener diodes in the hot section as well. Most likely shorted one or two.
