SN Ranges: KDL-40V4100 8000001-8200000. Partial part number (2275E) can be found on the sticker. there's an alert in red there, make sure your serial number is from 8000001 to 8200000, if not it probably won't work.

Highly unlikely that's the correct T-con for your TV. Most likely you have an AUO LCD panel. That one is for a Samsung panel. You're going to find the AUO replacement closer to $100.

Try to get the facts straight, Sony does not make lcd panels, bud did his homework on this, there are two boards.

NO not at all, it's a Sony.

Tcon for a Sony tv I.E. and only fools assume, there are two tcons that went into this model, depending on date, so there's nothing "highly unlikely" about it being either one of them, so check your facts before popping off.

S-LCD Corp and its logo are on the PCB and LCD panel.
Funny thing is that they go out and put AUOPTO panel in their TV's instead of their own panel, I guess AUOPTO was cheaper.
