Sony LED TV KDL-46EX520 No Video, but the Sound is OK.

Please guide me to troubleshoot my TV Problem:
Sony LED TV KDL-46EX520
No Picture, but the Sound is OK.
TV Channels are working without picture.
Backlight appears when the TV is Plugged-In
Fuse on T-Con is tested and is OK
In the start of the problem, the video came for few seconds and then gone.
I replaced the capacitors as shown. But no effect (No video but only sound).
I also tested and replaced the FETs (KF 5N50).
There is dim blue light on the screen. Sound OK Channels are Tuned, But No Video

Have you tested all inputs? Does the Menu show up onscreen? Does the tcon fuse have voltage?

Can any body tell me the Voltages to be checked at different points on these Power Supply / invertor Board & Main Board.

T-Con Fuse is OK

There is no startup screen.

I've no voltage chart to check the Voltages

Like CALEB asked,check both sides of the T-CON fuse for voltage,and tell us what the voltage is....

At T-Con fuse it is 12.35 V

Sir,
Something has gone wrong.
It was 12.35 volts but the probes of the MV touched somewhere else.
And know the TV is not getting ON and there is 5 Blinks of RED Stand By Light.

You need to download the service manuals to find out the error codes for this chassis.

Sir, I don't know what has happened because there was nothing where some thing could be shorted.
I touched one point on the fuse and it gave 12.35 volts
But when I touched the other it stopped working at all.

Is it that the T-Con has destroyed....?

Maybe the fuse was bad and touching it finished it off, or you may have shorted something out when testing. If you download the service manual Budm gave you a link to its will tell you which voltages should be present on which connectors on the power supply. If the set goes into protect you will no longer get sound, It sounds as if you have a bad tcon that was hovering on the edge of death and has now died. But you will want to verify the power supply and main are ok before ordering a new tcon.

I disassembled all the boards and then reassembled.

Sound is Back and RED Light is not Blinking.

But when Powered OFF from Remote Control and then Re ON the TV RED Light again started blinking and there is again no sound.

Thanks, When you say channels are tuned does the channel number appear on the screen? and if you hit the menu button does a menu appear? If either of these occur it is likely the main board at fault, if you get no picture whatsoever its likely the tcon, with the error blink Im thinking its the tcon.

It most certainly sounds like a t-con board. You are receiving the 12volt to the t-con board and im going to assume all the output voltages are proper from the power supply? Try some spray on the t-con board and also disconnect the t-con from the lvds cable and power on. Do you still get the 5 flash error?

Voltages Observed at CN6001 & 6002 are attached.

All the Capacitors and FETs have been replaced.

All the resistors have been checked.

All the Diodes have been checked.

Important:

When Channel is changed, flikering on the screen can be observed.
