Samsung TV won't turn on. No standby light

Hi, I have Samsung LA26B450 TV that won't turn on at all. There is no standby light. I have checked with the power cable to see if its firmly in place but still no power. I have opened the TV and the capacitors all seem fine. Not sure if it can be easy fix. If not, I am happy to replace the whole power supply board with a brand new one but before buying a new one I want to know if its definitely the power supply thats faulty. Can someone tell me if it could be caps or diodes thats could be bad? I checked the diodes with DMM in circuit and all seems fine though. Don't know how to test the caps. I had bought this TV brand new four years ago and have rarely used it recently. All of sudden it wouldn't turn on at all. Can someone help please? I have included the photos.

EDIT: I have also checked the fuses and there are continuity in both fuses.

    Thanks

It looks like a PSU issue to me. I found this service tip: http://www.toms-service-manuals.com/...&Search=Submit. I'm not sure if it will correct your problem.

What DC voltage do you get at the main filter (the large one laying side way) cap? measure it right at the two legs of the cap)
