ok update tv wont turn on so swopped another power unit i had but still the same no backlight or picture so disconnected the invertors one by one and the backlight tried to light up running off one invertor

so would u guys say its the invertors thats the problem ?

i know @tom has worked on this kind of tv

I have not worked on this TV. I have worked on some Vestels, but not this model or chassis.
Probably not the inverter... how sure are you that your spare PSU is good? 90% of failures are due to poly caps on PSU board.

opps sorry tom my bad it was a different model i watched on your youtube videos
the power supply is 17pw16-2 i have a spare i removed from a working tv but still the same problem

Check the 24V supply to the inverters when both and when just one are connected.
