Sharp LC-32SB24U dead except for blinking green light

I got this LCD tv and it has been opened and damaged by someone (see pic).
All it does is flash green at the front power led.

The plastic cap is missing from the damaged part in pic so I don't have a part number.
Can someone help identify this part so I can attempt to get the power board working?

    That is/was a relay.

That is what I thought but I never had one open.

Now I just have to figure out the specs for ordering unless someone can help with that also.
      Board # is: RUNTKA397WJQZ
      (Substitute Parts: RUNTKA448WJQZ)
      part loc.: RL7101

I found a pic that shows LN on top of the relay but couldn't see the sides of part for markings.

Can you show the underside of the relay? May not be able to locate exact replacement, but can find one that's good enough.

I had trouble getting a good clear pic sorry.

Edit: I found a relay on another board from a plasma with the same spacing for soldering but not sure it is ok to use. see second pic.

I put the relay in to try and nothing changed. Still getting a green blinking light in front as soon as I plug in the cord. Same thing when I press power button.
If you think that relay should work I will start checking fets.

You should check the voltage of the relay coil to see if is getting the voltage from the switched transistor or not, then also find out the voltage of the supplying to see if it is 5V or 12V or 24V. The coil voltage of the sub relay is rated at 5VDC.
Post good clear pictures of the board both side of the whole board and in small sections.
