    Toshiba 55U7863DG - green light blinking (17MB130S)

Hello, I am trying to bring back to life my Toshiba 55U7863DG, which has never been the most reliable device - keep on annoying me with its slowness and some random start-up/shutdown issues requiring to unplug the AC. But yesterday it finally said goodbye and decided to not turn on again. Green light is blinking, I've seen this behaviour before and thought that these are some temporary whims again, but unfortunately not this time.

I have checked that my TV is build based on the 17MB130S board, which seems to be quite popular and easy to buy as a used one. Still I would like to ask for your advice and check if there any specific requirements on these boards compatibility ?

I was trying to run the firmware upgrade, prepared the USB stick with the required files (4) and pressed the ‘OK' button following the instruction, but there was no reaction - there is a chance that the files which I've found are not the right ones.

Please find the photo of the label attached below, including the serial number, as I heard it might make a difference.

All information are more than welcome and I would like to thanks for your help in advance!

Thanks, I have tried with the files provided by you, but unfortunately same result - no reaction, tv doesn't start the upgrade process. If I understood correctly it should start blinking quickly, but it doesn't happen

Asus X453MA won't turn on and green led light blinking
    by jxrepman
    Hi there,

I have this ASUS X453MA Laptop that's not turning on. When I plug in the charger, the green light just keeps on blinking and pressing the power button does nothing.

I have checked the charger and it is giving 19+ V

I have disconnected the battery and pressed power button for 30 seconds.

    I tried another RAM stick.

Tried disconnecting the keyboard and touchpad.

Tried disconnecting the HDD and the wifi adapter.

    The problem persists.

Hope you could help me out on this one. Thank you.

Monitor Audio RSW12 - Green light, but no sound
    by MOSSEP
    Hi

Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.

Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first ‘decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.

The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.

I have already tried replacing all of the...

820-2610-A Sys onewire help, no green light. Please help from the gurus
    by lcdcaps1
    Hi

I have an 820-2610-A motherboard that has no green light.
I have noticed is when I do a SMC reset the light on the Magsafe blinks.
From My understanding, the sys onewire circuit is responsible for the green light on the magsafe
The sys onewire circuit on this model and others is more involved
I was hoping if anyone knows about this and how it works, can reply and let me know
I know this is an old model but I am sure there are people who still works on these or knows about them

I get 1.1v on the C7771 capacitor and will replace...
