    Sharp LC-46SB54U Blink codes/Issues

This set does have a history.
Originally, about 7-8 months ago, it had an error code but you could force the power supply on (via those button codes) and I reset the error codes and it worked for that length of time.

It came back with the power and OPC light blinking twice and I suppose the power light once more. You could get the set to power on (ch- and vol+ (might be other way)) but it would only have a steady power light. There was no backlight, image, or sound. The voltages checked out OK so we ordered a main.

That has come in and now has a different set of problems. Instead of resolving to an error code, it just cuts on and clicks back off and on after about 10-15 secs for as long as you leave it plugged in. To a degree it power cycles and the buttons on the set have no bearing to its function.
But, I finally did get it to trip an error code (power and OPC blink once and power twice more) but I do not know what this means. The SM on elektrotanya does not have the blink codes meanings.
My question is, does anyone know the meaning of the code or at least another SM to reference that perhaps shares the same chassis?

All the voltages are in spec. The inverter boards are not getting an ON command and the error line is LOW. The TCON 12v (from psu) is not there but I noticed that there was a PNL-PWR (panel power?) pin on the main harness which was LOW, which I presume is the ON command for the 12v to TCON.

Any tips for these Sharp TVs and would it seem a likely argument that the main I received may be faulty?

LOW in this text is meaning nominally 0vdc.

    Sharp LC32GD4U - Multiple logic/t-con issues

Recently got this set for $15.

When plugged in, the power light turns red as normal,

and when powered on, the backlight immediately turns on, as does the blue power LED, but there's no other indication of startup; the input indicator sometimes shows up, but sometimes it doesn't.

Elements of the UI seem to function; inputs can be selected and the volume can be adjusted. (I don't have the remote, so that's all I can test.)

However, the TV seems to crash at 10-15 second intervals; certain actions, such as selecting the digital cable...

    Sony NSX-32GT1 need blink codes.
    by noonyf
Hello, does anyone have the blink code for this model? I have the schematic but it doesn't list the blink codes. After the set is on for a minute or two, it will shut down and blink 10 times.
    thanks

Un50cu7000 2 blink oddity *partially solved
    by EazyBone
I write this to maybe help another with this TV.

So I aquired this TV a 2023 model. It started the 2 blink reboot problem which indicates bad panel. It was still under warranty and the repair man came by.

The Samsung repairman brought a brand new panel and switched my original boards to the new panel. The new panel then had the 2 blink error code. The repair guy said he has seen this and the MAIN board on this model will cause the 2 blink. He then replaced the main/power board (they are both connected) and put it back onto my original panel. Voila it worked.

SHARP LC-70UC30U starts up with RESET then turn off and blink 1 LONG 1 SHORT
    by Mitike
    Hello guys,

I have SHARP LC-70UC30U which won't turn on and the stand by LED blinks the 1 LONG 1 SHORT error
According to other sharp SM-s it is lamp error (I can't find SM for this model)
And yes I checked other blink error threads on the forum about other Sharp models and still can't make it work.

If I unplug the set and hold the POWER and INPUT buttons while I'm plug it back the set fires up and shows sharp logo and after that the Android logo and turn itself off again and starts the blinking and wont turn on again except if I do the RESET procedure again....
