LN32B360C5DXZA with black vertical lines on right side

Hi everyone i'm new to all this repair stuff and would like an opinion on this tv problem i have. Is this a TCON board problem or LCD screen problem? I have tried reseating the cables and still the problem is the same.

That is the LCD panel problem.

thanks for the information. good thing i did not order a tcon board before asking the pros in here. i guess i will try the adding the pressure to the tabs that are giving the issues.

Try putting pressure on the tab, hopefully it will not be the dead line drive IC.
