TV was donated. Lady saying that her son threw water on it. There is no picture when connected to a source. Panel just changes color where the blue lines are. Is this a bad LED panel? I looked at the tutorial pdf on diagnosting but did not find a picture similiar to this one. So i thought i was ask about it in here.

thanks for the information. good thing i did not order a tcon board before asking the pros in here. i guess i will try the adding the pressure to the tabs that are giving the issues. -

Hi everyone i'm new to all this repair stuff and would like an opinion on this tv problem i have. Is this a TCON board problem or LCD screen problem? I have tried reseating the cables and still the problem is the same.
