That most likely is the best thing to do tom66. Tom66 I messed up when testing the voltage regulators I touched the DMM probes together and blew the fuse on the power board. It is a T6.3AH/250 fuse it has the pigtail soldered to the PSB . where can I find the fuse with the pigtail . I found some on line but no pigtailComment

Probably 1206 fuse, but measure dimensions in inches
0.06" x 0.03" = 0603
0.12" x 0.06" = 1206

5mm x 20mm fuses are common but how did you blow that testing voltage regulators?? Even a short on the secondary would not blow the fuse.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

MacBook Air turns on without battery connected, no green or orange light comes on, I connect the battery and it shows battery with lightning and it restarts constantly.

Ok so here's the story. I was watching tv one day when all of a sudden I heard a pop from the back of the tv set and rushed to unplug the set. By this time the tv already had smoke coming out the back. It was not storming or inclement weather that day to cause a power surge to the best of my abilities. When I opened the tv up, I found that the three capacitors on the psu (highlighted in red) were all bulging and looked they had exploded. I replaced all of them right away and when I went to start up the tv after the "fix" it started just showing the flashing vizio logo as soon as power... -
Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a schematic diagram for the Main Board to a Vizio E552VLE. I have 5V Stby good and solid, but I get no Pwr On signal. If I jumper 5V to it, the Power Supply has 12 and 24V, but I also get no signal to turn the backlights on. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
