MacBook Air 820-00165 turns on But no green and orange light, not charge

MacBook Air turns on without battery connected, no green or orange light comes on, I connect the battery and it shows battery with lightning and it restarts constantly.

Thanks, I'm a little confused, why does it turn on but no light comes on on the charger and I don't know what signals to check, I started with the charging IC but it seems to be fine.

No magsafe light is usually linked to the 3v42 power rail and the 1-wire communication with the audio board that hosts the magsafe connector.

Be sure that your magsafe adapter is the original OEM model for this laptop. You can test (from the shared flowchart) the voltage to ground of the signal PM_BATLOW_L. This signal must be a logic '1' which confirms the logic board is happy with the power adapter. If this signal is LOW (0 volts), then the adapter is not suitable to power this board.

Use IPA alcohol & Q-tip to clean the mating contacts on the logic board. They may be coated with crud. Then test again.

What is the voltage to ground on the battery connector (with the power adapter - the battery can be disconnected) for the following?

        SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL
        SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA

Each should be ~3v42. Post your measurements.

I changed the charging center and connector 821-1722-A and the equipment works perfectly now
